The Skills and Qualifications app allows you to build and manage your personal talent profile, with content such as your skills, degrees, languages, memberships, certifications, and more. Skills inventories allow the College to understand the skills, qualifications and accomplishments of our workforce for use in developing training programs, talent pipelines, strategic planning, and to reward performance. As an employee, your talent profile can help you keep track of your personal and professional development and goal attainment.

Please note, completion of your talent profile is voluntary, but helps HR understand the talent of our workforce and to reward performance.

Below is a list of Skills and Qualifications you can add to your personal profile:

Honors and Awards - Identifies any honors, certificates or awards that you've received and the date that they were received.
Languages - Identifies any languages you speak with level of proficiency and fluency.
List of Memberships - Identifies memberships or professional affiliations, with start and end date.
Licenses and Certifications - Identifies any licenses or certifications that you've attained, with date of attainment.
Degrees - Identifies any degrees that you've received, with date of completion.
Volunteer Services - Identifies any volunteer work you've completed or are currently completing.
Accomplishments - Identifies any professional accomplishments achieved.

Add Items to Skills and Qualifications

In IC HR Cloud, navigate to the Me tab, and select Skills and Qualifications.
Click Actions in the top right and select the appropriate skill or qualification

Expand the section by selecting the down arrow on the right.

Complete the fields. Review the blue callout above to learn more about each field.
- Use the ‘School’ field to select the educational institution from which you received your degree.
Click Save.

Can't find your Educational Institution, Degree, License or Certification in the list?

Please complete the form Request to Add New School or License in IC Workflow. A member from HR will reach out to you within two (2) business days, to let you know that your degree, license or certification is now listed in IC HR Cloud.

Print your Talent Profile

Click Actions > Print
Check off the fields that you'd like displayed in your Skills Profile.
Select Print. Download and save the document for your records.
