Review Your Current Benefit Elections in HR Cloud

 
How to Review Your Current Benefits Elections
  1. Shortcut to be taken directly to your current benefits in HR Cloud, or
  2. Path to follow in HR Cloud:
  • Login to HR Cloud here
  • Click on the Home icon in the top right of the page
  • Click the orange Benefits tile in your "Me" section
  • Click on the Your Benefits tile
  • Click the drop down menu and select Today
  • Click on IC Benefits Program.
    • You may also click Print in the upper right corner for a PDF view
  • Review all plan selections and covered dependents. This includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Spending Account, Supplemental Life Plans, and Employer benefits.
    • Click on the down facing carrot icon to extend the sections and review additional details

How to Review Your Dependents/Beneficiaries 
  1. Shortcut to be taken directly to your current contacts in HR Cloud
  2. Path to follow in HR Cloud:
  • Login to HR Cloud here
  • Click on the Home icon in the top right of the page
  • Click the orange Benefits tile in your "Me" section
  • Click on the Before You Enroll tile
  • You will see your current contact list and their relationship to you in the People to Cover section
  • If you need to add a new dependent, beneficiary, or contact, please submit a ticket to HR using the Add a Dependent and/or Contact to Your Record form
    • Please note, if you wish to add a dependent, they must be verified. The ticket form will ask for supporting documentation
