How to use the search tool to search for Knowledge Base articles
Step 1 : Open the IC service portal
*A login is not required but will limit some access to certain articles
Step 2: Locate the "search the client" portal box in the upper right corner

Step 3: Click on the drop down menu and select the Knowledge Base option with the light bulb Icon


Step 4: Type in the name of the article you are looking for and press [return] or [enter] on your keyboard or click the magnifying glass icon

*All results will be Knowledge Base articles only
How to search for Knowledge Base articles within the category
Step 1: Open the IC Client Portal
Step 2: Click the Knowledge Base category heading

Step 3: Locate the search option on the gray bar

Step 4: Use the search box to type in the name of the article you are looking for and click the blue search button when done.

For a more extensive search, fill out the other categories to narrow the search results to the specific one you are looking for.
*Fill out as much or as little as you want, what you fill out is what will reflect in the search results
How to use the search tool to search for Service catalog articles
Step 1 : Open the IC service portal
*A login is not required but will limit some access to certain articles
Step 2: Locate the "search the client portal" box in the upper right corner

Step 3: Click on the drop down menu and select the Service Catalog option with the compass Icon


Step 4: Type in the name of the article you are looking for and press [return] or [enter] on your keyboard or click the magnifying glass icon

*All results will be Service articles only
How to search for Service articles within the service category
Step 1: Open the IC Client Portal
Step 2: Click the Services category heading

Step 3: Locate the search option on the gray bar

Step 4: Use the search box to type in the name of the article you are looking for and click the blue search button when done.

For a more extensive search, fill out the other categories to narrow the search results to the specific one you are looking for.
