Directions
Step 1: Log in to the Ithaca College IT Service Portal with IC credentials
Step 2: Click on the “Services” heading and then click on “Ticket Requests”
Step 3: Select the ticket you wish to comment on and click on the title to open
Step 4: Scroll down to where the comment box is located
Step 5: Type your message in the text box
Step 6: Click the “Notify” box above the text box to select the person you want to notify and click "save"
To directly reply to a previous message on the feed, select “comment” on the message and hit “save”.
