Getting Started with Zoom

Learn how to get started with Zoom, a video and audio conferencing, chat, and webinar service. All Ithaca College students, staff, and faculty have access. The Zoom application is installed in all classrooms and conference spaces and is integrated as a tool in Canvas for meeting functionality with your class or project members.

Learn how to get started with Zoom, a video and audio conferencing, chat, and webinar service. All Ithaca College students, faculty, and staff have access to a licensed Zoom account that can host up to 300-participants. The Zoom application is installed in all classrooms and conference spaces and is integrated as a tool in Canvas for meeting functionality with your class.

• You can log in to Zoom via ithaca.zoom.us

Download Zoom

For Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS

1. Log in to Zoom.
2. Click sign-in in the top right.
3. Enter your Netpass credentials.
4. Click Host a Meeting in the top right of the screen.
5. The application will automatically download if it is not already installed.

For Apple iOS/Google Android

1. Visit the App Store on your device.
2. Search for Zoom and download the application to your device.
