Body
During the Performance Review Process for Ithaca College staff members, you may be asked to provide feedback on your student employment supervisor. As a Student Employee, your supervisor’s supervisor (or next-level supervisor) will request feedback from you on your direct supervisor. This feedback is optional and will not be viewable by your direct supervisor. Only your next-level supervisor and HR will have access to view this feedback.
