In the event that you are injured at work this benefit provides income protection, medical, and survivor benefits for job related illnesses or injuries.

In the event that you are injured at work this benefit provides income protection, medical, and survivor benefits for job related illnesses or injuries. The costs of this benefit are covered entirely by the College.

To report an incident, you must complete the "Report of Injury/Illness and Investigation" form. This form should be completed within 24 hours of the incident and submitted to your supervisor. Once your supervisor has reviewed and signed the "Report of Injury/Illness and Investigation" form, he/she will forward the form to the Office of Human Resources for processing.
