How to Check if AI is Enabled or Active in a Meeting
If you are hosting the meeting or have permission to request that AI tools be enabled, the AI Companion symbol will be visible in the bottom toolbar.
When the AI Companion is enabled and active in a meeting, the flashing AI symbol will appear in the top status bar, even if you do not have access to the AI tools yourself.
It is recommended that hosts notify participants when AI tools are active to ensure awareness, and participants should look for the flashing AI symbol when in meetings to identify when AI Companion is active.
