Recruiting: New Layout in IC HR Cloud

Navigating Hiring with the New IC HR Cloud Layout

This article walks through the new layout in the Hiring module in the IC HR Cloud. You may also watch this video here. 

Steps

• Go to My team > Hiring 

NEW IMAGE NEEDED

• When you enter the hiring module, you will be automatically routed to the Job Requisitions tab. 
• You have a search bar at the top, in which you have different options of content to type in in order to search a specific requisition of yours.   

• At the top of your page, under the search bar, there are several categories to help filter. There is also a filters button. 

• When you select the filters button, this screen will pop up. You have many categories to filter by if needed. 
• At the bottom of this screen, you have the option to toggle to show inactive requisitions. Any filters you apply will appear after selecting the "see results" button. 

• At the bottom of the landing page, there are tabs you can navigate to  
• INSERT IMAGE 
• By selecting one of the other tabs you will be routed to that page. 
• INSERT IMAGE OF OFFERS PAGE 
• On the offers page, you can see a summary of where different offers you are the hiring manager for are in the process. Similar to the other landing pages, you can search in the search bar, and have a variety of filters to chose from in order to narrow your search.
