Overview
This guide will help you with submitting and managing feedback. Technicians can review, respond to, and resolve feedback to maintain high-quality content.

Directions
Submit Feedback on an Article
- Navigate to the article in the Knowledge Base.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, where it shows a "Was this article helpful?" "Yes" or "No".

- Click either option, and you will be prompted with a text box
- Enter your comments in the Feedback text box.

5. Click "Submit" Feedback.
View Submitted Feedback
- Log in to client portal help.ithaca.edu using your IC credentials.
- Navigate to Knowledge Base category
- Select the article you want to review.
- Click Feedback to view all submitted comments.
Manage Feedback
- Review each feedback entry for accuracy and relevance.
- Take one of the following actions:
- Mark as Addressed: If the feedback has been resolved.
- Delete: If the feedback is inappropriate or irrelevant.
- Update the article if necessary, based on valid feedback.
- Click "Save" after making changes.
