Overview

This guide will help you with submitting and managing feedback. Technicians can review, respond to, and resolve feedback to maintain high-quality content.

Submit Feedback on an Article

  1. Navigate to the article in the Knowledge Base.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where it shows a "Was this article helpful?" "Yes" or "No".
  3. Click either option, and you will be prompted with a text box
  4. Enter your comments in the Feedback text box.

      5. Click "Submit" Feedback.

View Submitted Feedback

  1. Log in to client portal help.ithaca.edu using your IC credentials.
  2. Navigate to Knowledge Base category
  3. Select the article you want to review.
  4. Click Feedback to view all submitted comments.

Manage Feedback

  1. Review each feedback entry for accuracy and relevance.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    1. Mark as Addressed: If the feedback has been resolved.
    2. Delete: If the feedback is inappropriate or irrelevant.
    3. Update the article if necessary, based on valid feedback.
  3. Click "Save" after making changes.
