TeamDynamix Technician: Archive and Delete Articles

Overview

This guide will go over archiving and deleting articles in TeamDynamix. This helps maintain content accuracy and organization. Archiving hides outdated articles without removing them permanently, while deleting removes articles entirely

Archive an Article

1. Locate the article you wish to archive.
2. Click the article title to open it.
3. Select Edit.
4. In the Status field, choose Archived.
5. Click Save.
   *Note: Archived articles are hidden from public view but remain accessible to administrators.

Delete an Article

1. Locate the article  you wish to delete
2. Click the article title to open it.
3. Select Delete.
4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

**Warning: Deleted articles cannot be recovered.***
