Overview
This guide will show you how you can compare previous versions of a knowledge base article and restore an earlier revision if needed. This feature helps maintain accuracy and recover content that was changed or removed.

Compare Article Revisions
- Log in to TeamDynamix with your IC credentials
- Navigate to the KB article you want to review.
- Once open, Select Edit Article
- Select Revisions from the options listed

- Locate the revision you want to compare and click Compare.

- Review the highlighted differences between the current version and the selected revision.
Restore an Article Revision
- From the Revisions list, find the version you want to restore.
- Click Restore next to that revision.
- Confirm the restoration when prompted.
- The restored version becomes the current published article.
