This guide will go over tags in TeamDynamix. Tags allow you to organize and categorize tickets, projects, and knowledge base articles. Using tags makes it easier to search, filter, and report on related items.

Add Tags

  1. Open the ticket, project, or KB article you want to tag.
  2. Locate the Tags section in the item details.
  3. Click Add Tag.
  4. Enter a short, descriptive keyword (e.g., hardware, software, urgent).
  5. Click Save.

Remove Tags

  1. Open the item with the tag you want to remove.
  2. In the Tags section, click the X next to the tag.
  3. Click Save.

Search by Tags

  1. Navigate to Tickets or Knowledge Base.
  2. Use the Search bar and enter the tag name.
  3. Apply filters to narrow results by tag.
