This article will go over scheduling tickets in TeamDynamix. This process allows you to plan work for a specific date and time. This feature helps manage workloads and ensures timely resolution of requests.

Directions 


Access the Ticket

  1. Log in to TeamDynamix with your Ithaca College credentials.
  2. Navigate to Tickets > Search or open the ticket you want to schedule.

Schedule the Ticket

  1. In the ticket details, click Edit.
  2. Scroll to the Schedule section.
  3. Enter the following details:
    • Start Date/Time: When work should begin.
    • End Date/Time: When work should be completed.
  4. Click Save.

View Scheduled Tickets

  1. Navigate to Tickets > Calendar.
  2. Use filters to view scheduled tickets by:
    • Date Range
    • Assigned Technician
    • Status
