If you are unable to reset your password through the "
Forgot your password" link,
filling out a ticket isn't required,
you just need to reach out to us using one of the methods below:
- Start a chat (ithaca.edu/ITChat)
- Call us (607-274-1000)
- Walk in to the Service Desk (Job 104)
Please have your ID (Passport, U.S. driver's license, or Ithaca College ID) ready to show, front and back, to verify your identity over video call via Teams, Zoom, or FaceTime.
The IT Service Desk may be able to send you a DUO push to verify your identity but you would need to give us a call or chat us to initiate identity verification via DUO push .

- Friday: 8am - 5pm
- Sunday: 12pm - 5pm
