Use this service to request assistance with DUO. You can add a new device, configure DUO Mobile, configure a DUO Token or request a temporary Bypass Code and more.
If you are unable to reset your password through the "Forgot your password" link, filling out a ticket isn't required, you just need to reach out to us using one of the methods below:

  • Walk in to the Service Desk (Job 104)
Please have your ID (Passport, U.S. driver's license, or Ithaca College ID) ready to show, front and back, to verify your identity over video call via Teams, Zoom, or FaceTime.
