How to Add Image Card Collections

1. Click to edit the page
2. Scroll down to where there is a gray bar that says Add CTA Intro HERO  to Content
3. Click the dropdown arrow and select Add Card Collection
4. Select either Add Featured News or Add Image Cards
5. (Optional) Add a collection heading for the set of cards
6. Choose the link style
   1. Card Link presents the entire card as a clickable link
   2. Text Link includes a link at the bottom of the card
7. Choose an image file to upload
   1. Images have a 10 MB limit
   2. Allowed image types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif
   3. Images must but larger than 320x240 pixels
8. Move the cursor that appears to the most important spot in the image
9. (Optional) Add alternative text, describing the image for screen readers
10. (Optional) Add photo credit
11. (Optional) Describe what changes have been made to card/image
12. Press the Create Media button to upload the image
13. Add a card title (<=30 char)
14. Add a card description (<= 130 char)
15. Enter the Link the card will lead to when clicked
    1. Start typing the title of the content you want to attach
    2. OR, for internal paths, type in / followed by the internal URL (aka everything following ithaca.edu)
    3. OR, Enter <front> to link to the home page
    4. OR, Enter a external URL, such as https://myspace.com
16. (For Text Link Option) Enter the link text, which will be in the button at the bottom of the card.
17. Repeat Process 1 to 2 more times
    1. Image Card Collections require at least 2 cards and can have a maximum of 3
18. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click save.

How to Edit the Image/Image Information on a Card

1. Click on the Edit button under operations, across from the image file name under an individual card
2. Edit any of the variables from steps 7-11 as needed
3. Click the Update Media button to save changes

How to Delete an Individual Card

1. On the upper right side of each individual text/info card, click the blue remove button
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click save.

How to Delete a Card Collection

1. At the top of the card collection section, click the blue remove button, located under the collapse button.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click save.
