Document Lists

Learn how to add document lists to your page.

 

How to Add Document Lists

  1. Click to edit the page
  2. Scroll down to where there is a gray bar that says Add CTA Intro HERO  to Content
  3. Click the dropdown arrow and select Add Document List
  4. (Optional) Give the document list a heading
  5. Click the Choose File button
  6. Select file from the documents on your computer
    1. Only upload one file at a time
    2. 100 MB limit
    3. Allowed file types: txt, pdf, doc, docx, html, htm, odt, xls, xlsx, ods, ppt, pptx
  7. Give the document a name
  8. (Optional) Add a description of the document
  9. (Optional) Title the document
    1. This will be shown before the file name in the list
  10. Press the Create Document button 
  11. (Optional) Add more documents by pressing the Add new Document button
  12. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click save.

 

NOTE: When adding a document list, please limit the number of documents to a maximum of five. Including more than five documents in a document list can clutter a page, making it difficult for users to access important information. If more than five documents need to be included, please click here to submit a request for a document repository
