Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication for Travel (CTP/CTM)

Summary

In order to provide enhanced security and ensure protection of data, Collegiate Travel Planners have implemented Multi-Factor Authentication for Portal, Lightning, and CTM Mobile. See below for instructions on setting up your CTP/CTM login for authentication via Duo.

Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication for CTP/CTM

 

To set up multi-factor authentication for your CTP/CTM login:

 

1. On your mobile device, tap to open the Duo Mobile app.

2. In the top right corner of the Duo Mobile home screen, tap Add button.

3. Tap the Use QR Code option near the top of the screen. Use the camera on your mobile device to scan the QR code shown below.

4. Follow the prompts to add your CTP/CTM login information. If prompted for a URL/web address, type or copy and paste the following address:

https://ctm-corp-na-prod.auth0.com/

Type the username and password you use to sign into CTM/CTP when prompted.

 

5. Go to https://us.ctmsmart.com/ to log in to CTM Portal using your CTP/CTM username and password.

 

6. You should now be prompted to enter a 6 digit code. Open the Duo Mobile app on your mobile device to find the code. Once the code is entered, you will be logged into CTM Portal as normal. Another 6-digit code will need to be entered after 30 days.
