We’re excited to share our new Event Request Form, now available for all service requests related to single-date, single-location events. This self-service tool is designed to be more convenient, user-friendly, and to ensure requests are routed quickly to the right departments. In addition to standard room set-up options and audio-visual offerings, Dining Services has provided a refreshed menu with updated catering choices that they will share with the campus community.
Please note:
- This form is not all-encompassing. Larger-scale events or those held in non-traditional spaces will still follow the original event planning process, including coordination with an event planner and distribution of an event summary.
- You’ll need a confirmed room reservation and account number to complete the form.
- Requests for service must be submitted by the service deadline at least two weeks before the event start date.
- Catering services are only available for groups of 15 guests or more.
- This self-service tool is designed to route requests quickly to the appropriate departments, saving you time and effort.
