Using the Clickshare system

ClickShare Using Airplay

 

  1. On your iOS device, swipe down from the top right of the screen to open the Control Center.

  2. Tap on Screen Mirroring.

  3. Select your ClickShare Base Unit from the list that appears.

  4. If prompted, enter the 4-digit passcode (if the passcode usage is enabled on the Base Unit) that appears on the meeting room screen, see for KB9091 details.

    Your iOS device screen is now shared to the meeting room screen.

  5. To stop sharing your iOS device, open the Control Center, tap Screen Mirroring and then tap Stop Mirroring.

 

ClickShare Using Miracast (Windows)

  1. Display the project menu on your laptop by pressing the Windows+K key combination on your laptop.

  2. Click on the Base Unit you would like to connect -Your screen is shared on the meeting room display. If prompted for a password, enter the 8-digit code that appears on the meeting room screen at the bottom center.

  3. Click Change projection mode or press Windows+K key combination on your laptop to extend your desktop screen or select other projection options.

  4. Share static content (such as images, and files) or Dynamic content (such as apps, webpages, and videos) or anything displayed on your laptop screen can be shared.
