How to Register your ID card to the Toshiba Printer
You only need to register your ID card once to any Toshiba printer on campus. If you have registered previously, simply scan your card and proceed to print.
- Scan your ID card with the Barcode side of your ID facing the Sticker (
See image); you should hear a double *beep* when the ID is scanned.
You should then see this "Unknown Card" message on the printer screen:
- Log in using your Netpass Username and Password.
- Press Log in
You should then see this message:
- Press OK
If you don't get this message:
"Your card has been associated with your user account. You may now swipe your card to log in"
You may have typed either the username or password incorrectly; log out and try again using the steps above.
