Printing from Personal Apple Devices to Toshiba Printers

Printing from an iPhone: 

1: Open Settings and select the Wi-Fi menu.

2: Select the IthacaCollege network (not IthacaCollege-Guest) and log in using your Netpass credentials. 

3: Open up your desired file or document

4: Select the share icon and then select Print

5: In the Printer Options menu, select Printer and scroll through the list until you find toshibabw or toshibacolor. Select either according to your printing needs. 

6: Enter your Netpass credentials in the prompt box and select "OK"

7: Select the desired printing format under "Options" and select "Print"

8: When the file has been processed, go to a Toshiba printer and release the print job

Printing from a Mac: 

1: Open Settings and navigate to the Wi-Fi menu.

2: Select the IthacaCollege network (not IthacaCollege-Guest) and log in using your Netpass credentials. You may need to select "Other Networks" if the network does not show up.

3: From the "Verify Certificate" pop-up, select "Continue" to join the network. You may need to sign in with your Apple ID to do this. 

4: Open your desired file or document

5: Select File, then Print

6: In the print menu, select the "Destination" drop-down menu and select  "See more..."

7: From the "Select a destination" menu, select "Manage" from the bottom left corner of the screen.

8: In the "Printers & Scanners" Menu, locate the Printers window on the left hand side of the screen and select the "+" button.

9: From the "Add Printer" pop up, Scroll down the list until you find toshibabw or toshibacolor. Select either according to your printing needs and then select "Add."

10: Return to the desired file or document you want to print and select toshibabw or toshibacolor from the "Destination" drop-down menu.

11: Click the "More settings" drop-down menu.

12: Click the drop-down menu next to "Paper size" and select "Letter".

13: Ensure all printer settings are correct to your needs then select "Print".

14: Enter your Netpass credentials when prompted and select "OK" to print. 

15: When the file has been processed, go to a Toshiba printer and release the print job
