License Requirements
While anyone can build basic agents using Copilot Chat, full access to Copilot Studio’s advanced features requires either a Copilot Studio user license or a Microsoft 365 Copilot license.

Getting Started
Access via Web (Copilot Chat)
- Go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat in a web browser
- Sign in with your Ithaca College credentials if prompted
- Select Create agent from the left navigation
- Follow the on-screen prompts to create and share your agent
Access via Web (Copilot Studio)
- Go to https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com/ in a web browser
- Sign in with your Ithaca College credentials if prompted
- Start from a template or describe your agent to create it
- Follow the prompts to configure and share your agent
