Find your tickets
Step 1: Make sure you are logged in with IC username and password
Step 2: Click on services category

Step 3: Click on the category that says "Ticket Requests"

Step 4: If known, type the name of the ticket you are looking for and click Search.

*To allow for a wider search make sure this box is checked on

*For more specific searches fill in details such as ID, Department/Account, and date created.
Step 5: Check that certain boxes are checked or unchecked under status class

*This step will affect what results will show up.
