How to add a comment to an article
Step 1: Open the IC Service Portal and login using IC username and password
Step 2: Open the article you wish to comment on
Step 3: Scroll down to the very end of the article until you see the blue comment button

Step 4: Click comment
A text box will appear that will prompt you to add or attach items into the box which can include text, data tables, images, and links.
Step 5: Click the save button to complete the comment and add it to the feed

How to add an attachment to an article
Step 1: Open the IC Service Portal and login using IC username and password
*Editing permissions are required to add an attachment
Step 2: Open the article you wish to add an attachment to
Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom right side where it shows the “Attachments” box

Step 4: Click the plus sign icon

This will bring you to another screen and prompt you to make a selection of where you would like to upload from
Step 5: Select the method you would like to upload from

Step 6: Complete action, and click the save button
Once done the attachment will appear on the article
