The IT Service Portal is your site for accessing IT support and services. You can find services by browsing categories, viewing the A to Z listing, or searching. Once found, you can find more information about each service and how to request or access it.

If you don't find the service you are looking for, you can submit a general help request, or contact the Service Desk by phone, email, chat or walk-in. Whether you are requesting a specific service or general help, we encourage you to submit your request through the service portal for these benefits:

  • You control when your request gets entered into the system, anytime day or night.
  • There is no worry about the service desk not being open, or service desk staff not being available, or your voice mail message or email "falling through the cracks."
  • You'll get an immediate confirmation of your ticket submission
  • You can view the progress of your ticket through the client portal

For some services, your request is submitted directly to the area who can fulfill the request, and it will be fulfilled in the stated time frame. For more general help, the Service Desk will review the request, follow up with you for any additional information that may be needed, then assign the request to the appropriate IT area. From there, IT personnel will work with you to fulfill the request or resolve the problem.
