Login Assistance

This service is for account related access. Including but not limited to: SSPR (Self Service Password Reset), DUO (Multi-factor Authentication) and more.

Computers, Devices and Hardware

This service is for loaning devices from Information Technology, including but not limited to: faculty or staff loans, short-term or long-term student loans, extending a student loan, and links to other loan places.

Computer and Web Applications

This service is for requesting applications for campus owned devices.

Email and Calendar

This service is for a wide variety of Ithaca email related issues including but not limited to Outlook Calendar room requests, Personal Ithaca email help, department email help and more.

Network, Internet or Wi-Fi

This service is to request help with network, Internet and Wi-Fi (other than Apogee ResNet)

Printing

This service is for printing help, including by not limited to: adding or removing a printer from a campus computer, how-tos, and printer moves.

Security

This service is to request help with a technology-related security issue.

Telephones and Voicemail

This service is for telephone and voice mail assistance, including but not limited to: requesting a voice mail account, changes to telephones or voice mails, voice mail forwarding, and more

Unsure/ Can't find your issue? You can submit a general help ticket here but it would be best to try and find your issue from our catalog so that we can resolve your issue quickly.

 

IT Problems at Night or on the Weekend?

  1. Call the Service Desk at 4-1000
  2. Select option #4
  3. You will hear a message that the Service Desk is closed, followed by a phone number to call to report the outage
  4. Call the specified number and leave a message with as many details as possible about the nature of the problem, including your contact information

An IT staff member will be alerted and will follow up with as to next steps
