Accessing Visio
Microsoft Visio can be accessed through the following methods:
- Web Browser: You can use Visio online by accessing it through a web browser on Microsoft 365 at microsoft365.com/launch/visio
- Microsoft Teams: Visio is also available via Microsoft Teams.
- Desktop Application: If you have a dedicated Visio Plan 2 license, you can access it through the installed desktop application on Windows.
Installing Visio
If you want to use the Visio desktop application and you don't have a dedicated Visio Plan 2 license, you will need to request one. Once you have been assigned a license, you can install Visio by following these steps:
- Visit microsoft365.com in a web browser.
- Click Install and More and then click Install Microsoft 365 apps.
- Click Apps & Devices in the left menu.
- Click Install Visio.
