Microsoft 365 is a suite of productivity and collaboration applications that always includes up-to-date versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Teams, among many others.
If you are retiring from Ithaca College, there will be changes to your Microsoft 365 account, including OneDrive, that will take place on or shortly after your retirement date. Once you retire, the type of license assigned to your account changes from a staff or faculty license to a retiree or emeriti license. Under the retiree license, you will no longer have access to the full Microsoft 365 subscription. However, your IC email account will remain indefinitely.
As you prepare to graduate or leave Ithaca College, be aware of upcoming changes to your Microsoft 365 account, including OneDrive. These changes will occur approximately 30 days after your commencement date.
