This article explains how to forward calls off-campus from a single-line or a multi-line phone.

Forwarding Calls Off-Campus From a Single-Line Phone

  1. Lift handset or press Speaker.
  2. Dial *2 and wait for the broken dial tone.
  3. Dial 9 and the off-campus phone number you want to forward calls to. For example, to forward calls to 1-866-555-1234 or 274-1234, dial 918665551234 or 92741234.
  4. Listen for the steady confirmation tone.

Cancel Forwarding

  1. Lift handset or press Speaker.
  2. Dial #2.
  3. Listen for the steady confirmation tone.
  4. Hang up the handset or press Speaker.

Forwarding Calls Off-Campus From a Multi-Line Phone

  1. Lift handset or press Speaker.
  2. Press the FWDA button.
  3. Dial 9 and the off-campus phone number you want to forward calls to. For example, to forward calls to 1-866-555-1234 or 274-1234, dial 918665551234 or 92741234.
  4. Listen for the steady confirmation tone.
  5. Hang up the handset or press Speaker. The FWDA light will be flashing.

Cancel Forwarding

  1. Lift handset or press Speaker.
  2. Press the FWDA button.
  3. Listen for the steady confirmation tone. Forward Cancel will display.
  4. Hang up the handset or press Speaker.
