The bi-weekly payroll schedule outlines the date range for Ithaca College's bi-weekly pay periods, in addition to submission and approval dates for non-exempt employees and line managers. Bi-Weekly employees comprise student employees of Ithaca College and non-exempt staff, and bi-weekly employees are typically paid after submitting a timecard of hours worked and absence taken.

Bi-weekly employees that are regularly scheduled Monday - Friday MUST have their timecards submitted at the end of the day on Friday prior to a pay week. Bi-weekly employees that are scheduled to work on the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday) MUST have their timecards submitted by 8:30 am on Monday of a pay week.
Supervisors of bi-weekly employees MUST have all timecards approved by 12 noon on Monday of a pay week.
The date paid identifies the day the employees will receive payment via direct deposit, or that paper checks will be issued via mail. To sign up for direct deposit, employees can follow these instructions.
Payslips are available in IC HR Cloud the Wednesday prior to pay day, and instructions for accessing payslips can be found here.
