When your computer displays a BitLocker recovery screen, you must enter a 48-digit, all-number recovery key to unlock the drive. This key is stored securely within your organizational Microsoft account.
To retrieve it using a mobile phone or an alternate device:
Navigate to myaccount.microsoft.com and log in with your organization credentials, completing the multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompt.
