Learn how to add downloadable document files to your page. 

 

Why Add Documents?

Adding a downloadable document is a great way to provide access to important information without adding clutter to your page. Ideal for sharing multipage content like a PDF version of a lengthy faculty C.V. or a PowerPoint presentation.

 

How to Add Documents

  1. Click to edit the page
  2. Scroll to the "Add" selector button at the bottom of your content
  3. Click the dropdown arrow and select Add Document
  4. Click the Choose File button
  5. Select file from the documents on your computer
    1. Only upload one file at a time 
    2. 100 MB limit 
    3. Allowed file types: txt, pdf, doc, docx, html, htm, odt, xls, xlsx, ods, ppt, pptx
  6. (Optional) Add a description of the document 
  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click save,
