Microsoft Teams Room allows for inclusive and interactive meetings in designated meeting rooms using Microsoft Teams.

The following is derived from the  Microsoft Teams Room Quick Reference guide.

Set up a Microsoft Teams call and reserve the Teams Room together

1. Schedule the Teams Meeting and Room in Outlook.
2. Add the Teams Room as a resource.
3. Invite guests.
4. From the Teams Room control panel, find the Teams Meeting and press the Join button.

To invite additional participants in the live call:

1. Press the People icon in the Teams call.
2. Type in the name of the person you wish to invite, and then press Share Invite.

Impromptu Microsoft Teams Room meeting

To set up an impromptu Microsoft Teams Room meeting while in a Microsoft Teams Room-enabled meeting space, start a Teams call from the control panel.

1. From the Teams Room control panel, ​​​​press the People icon in the Teams call.
2. Type in the name of the person you wish to invite, and then press Share Invite.

Add a Microsoft Teams Room to a live Teams call

While in a Microsoft Teams Room-enabled meeting space, transfer a Teams call from your computer or mobile device.

1. On a computer or mobile device, join a Teams call.
2. Add the Teams Room to the live Teams call.
   1. Press the People icon in the Teams call.
   2. Type in the name of the room name you wish to invite, and then press Request to Join.
   3. Approve the Teams transfer to the Teams Room.
   4. Answer the call on the Teams Room control panel.
   5. If the call is added but not transferred: On your device, mute the microphone and turn off the speakers.

Quick Reference

To change the gallery view:

1. On a computer, mobile device, or Teams Room control panel, press the  ellipsis icon to bring up meeting options.
2. Select Gallery to maximize participant visibility or select Front Row to maximize content and chat visibility.

To share content:

• On a computer, press the Share icon to share content from your desktop or application.
• On a Teams Room control panel, connect an HDMI cable to the control panel. Press the Share icon to share content from your desktop or application.
