1. How to Print Single-Sided
a. Library Computers (NON-WEBPRINT)
Open
the
file
you want to print.
Click
Control + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac).
Select
"ToshibaBW" or "ToshibaColor."
Turn
"Double-Sided" or "Two-Sided" off.
Click
"Print."
Enter
your
Ithaca College credentials
if prompted.
Sign into
any of the
Toshiba printers
.
Release
your print job!
b. Personal Device
Connect
to the
IthacaCollege secure network
.
Use
your Ithaca College
username and password
to sign in.
Visit
this site to
add the printers
to your personal computer:

Open
the
file
you want to print.
Click
Control + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac).
Select
"ToshibaBW" or "ToshibaColor."
Turn
"Double-Sided" or "Two-Sided" off.
Click
"Print."
Enter
your
Ithaca College credentials
if prompted (make sure that your name matches your Ithaca College username!).
Sign into
any of the
Toshiba printers
.
Release
your print job!
c. Webprint
Open
the
file
you want to print.
Add
blank pages after every page.
Go
to
webprint.ithaca.edu
and sign in with your Ithaca College credentials.
Upload
the
file
to print.
Sign into
any of the
Toshiba printers.
Release
your print job!
2. Printing with Non-Letter Paper
Open
the
file
you want to print.
Click
Control + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac).
Select
"ToshibaBW" or "ToshibaColor."
Click
on more settings.
Change
the paper size to your desired size.
Click
"Print."
Go to
any Toshiba printer and
open the bypass tray
(on the right side of the machine).
Load
your paper and make sure the aligners are flush with the paper.
Release
your print job.
If prompted by the printer,
select
the
bypass tray
when it pulls up.
3. Scanning with Non-Letter Paper
Open
the
top of the printer
to access the scanner.
Place
your
paper
in the top left corner.
Sign
into the
Toshiba printer
.
Select
"Scan"
Select
either
"Scan to Email"
or
"Scan to OneDrive."
Click
"
Change settings
" on the right-hand side.
Change
the
paper size
to legal (8.5" x 14") or ledger (11" x 17").
Change
any other desired settings.
Select
"Start."
4. Refunding Request
Go to
webprint
On the Left Bar go to "Recent Print Jobs"
Locate the print that you need refunded
Press "Request Refund"
