IC Software Bundle - Software installed on College Owned Computers

College-owned computers have the following applications installed on them by default in addition to the native software that comes with the Operating System. IT verifies all applications are installed on Ithaca College owned computers. The IT Service Desk offers training and documentation support.

  • Bomgar Support Button (Chat with IT link)
  • PaperCut Print Deploy Client (Ability to print to Toshiba print queues)

Macintosh Computers

  • JAMF Self Service (Software portal for additional applications that are available for installation offered by Ithaca College)
