Who is the Audience for this Service?
This service is intended for students completing Junior and Senior degree‑required and Senior elective recitals; and faculty supporting or coordinating those performances.
Important: Choosing the Correct Form
This service should only be used for:
- Degree‑required Junior Recitals
- Degree‑required Senior Recitals
- Elective Senior Recitals
- All other elective recitals are not supported by MTD staff and do not require this form.
All other performance and event types - including concerts, faculty or guest recitals, studio recitals, course‑related performances, non‑course‑related events, lectures, and master classes - should be submitted using the Special Event Request service. Using the correct form ensures that your request is routed appropriately and that the correct planning and support processes are applied.
