What is this Service?
Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) is Ithaca College's method to allow users to set and reset their own password. It involves authenticating identity through two methods- most commonly email and phone number.
Use this service to set your SSPR methods for the first time or to update your current methods, if they are incorrect.
