This service is intended for Faculty, Staff, Affiliates, and Students.
About this Service
This service can be used for the following purposes:
- Faculty/Staff Loan. Use this form to request a loaner device, either for yourself or a student employee.
The Information Technology department provides access to various loanable equipment upon request.
- This includes laptops, desktops, iPads, monitors, peripherals, and more. Please note that availability is subject to change, and all equipment must be returned in good condition.
- (Keep Learning Request) Student Loan Extension. Use this form to request an extension of longer than 4 weeks for a computer or iPad loaned from the Service Desk
- If you have a technical question or IT support need, please contact the Information Technology Service Desk via email servicedesk@ithaca.edu, or through our live chat Ithaca.edu/ITChat, to see if we can assist remotely. Additional information is available on the IT Service Desk Website.
- All requests will be reviewed on a confidential basis by a team comprised of school representatives and IT experts. A member of the committee may contact you via phone and/or email for more information as needed.
