This service is intended for Faculty, Staff and Students of Ithaca College systems.
What is this Service?
This service allows you to request a team or request support for an existing team in Microsoft Teams, a desktop, mobile, and web-based communication and collaboration platform that brings together Office 365 and third-party applications and services. Teams includes chat, audio and video calls, file sharing, virtual meeting capability, and more. By default, a team comes with 25 TB of storage.
There are three main options for a Microsoft Team
- For departments, units, and projects
- For classrooms not connected to a Canvas course
- For classrooms connected to a Canvas course
