What is this Service?

Microsoft SharePoint is a secure online platform that integrates with Office 365. It is primarily used to serve as an internal website, secure document management and storage system, to create and manage lists, and to share internal communications and events. SharePoint is ideal for large groups of people, usually with read-only permissions to information.
