This service is intended for Faculty, Staff and Students of Ithaca College systems.
What is this Service?
This Service is used with the following requests:
- Shared Mailbox and Calendar (Department):
- This is intended only for faculty and staff
- This is used to create/close a departmental email or become the owner of a currently existing account
- Departments often has a shared email (i.e. one that is accessed by multiple people) rather than an individuals. Changes to this type of account require authorization from the department head or dean
