This service is intended for all users of Ithaca College systems that receive or manage devices from Information Technology (Faculty, Staff)
What is this Service?
This service offering is to request a change in a device's status. It should be used in the following instances:
- When a department would like a specific device to be transferred to a new owner
- When the owner of a computer moves to a new office location
- When the owner of a computer moves to a different department
