Who is the Audience for this Service?

This service is intended for all Ithaca College personnel.

What is this Service?

This service is to request assistance with any software problem, including the following options:

  • Software How-To and Troubleshooting. Use this option to request help with IT-supported software, including but not limited to: learning applications like Canvas, productivity applications like Microsoft 365, or other software.
  • Request an Application or License. Use this option to request an application or license for an application like Formstack, Mentimeter, or ChatGPT.
    • This should generally only be used by faculty and staff.
  • Integrate a Third-Party Application. Use this option to request integration of a non-IC supported app into an IC application. 
    • This should generally only be used by faculty and staff.
