How to View or Edit Your Intercom Posts

Any Intercom posts you have published or saved as drafts are visible from within your "My Content" menu, using the "My Intercom Content" view.

Getting to Your Intercom Content

  1. When you are signed into the website, go to the black user toolbar at the very top of your screen and select "My Content" from the menu.
     - If "My Content" is not visible, you may need to select the "Manage" menu first to expand the user toolbar.
     
  2. From the My Content view, select the "My Intercom Content" tab on the view menu to see a list of all your existing Intercom posts.



     
  3. This view will display the Title, Status (Published or Unpublished), and the Date and Time the content was last updated.
     
  4. To View the draft of a scheduled post, click the Title.
  5. To Edit the draft of a post, click the Edit button.
