Welcome to the Project and Major Technology Purchase Request Form. This document should be utilized to request technology related projects and purchases for the current fiscal year or next fiscal year. Please additionally utilize this form for Audio Visual project/upgrade consultations and requests, Digital Signage installation requests and consultations and general project consulting requests. As applicable, please indicate if your submission is for a consultation or a full project request. To begin the process, please fill out the Project or Major Technology Purchase Request Form by clicking the green button on the right. One of our project managers will then engage with you to obtain more information and complete the process. Please Note: If the project will require a software contract - the document must be emailed to Bernie Murtha in the Procurement Office, at bmurtha@ithaca.edu, in addition to submission of an IT project request.
