Only certain steps, such as submitting your recital program (ProBuilder) and staging diagrams, require you to mark an approval step as complete so our team knows it’s ready for review. Learn how to complete approval steps in the Client Portal.

  • Attend your one-on-one meeting with the Concerts, Events, & Facilities (CEF) Manager. This meeting was scheduled through Microsoft Bookings when you submitted your request.
