Ithaca College Technology Custodianship Agreement
As part of your employment with Ithaca College, the College is providing you with the technology equipment described below to aid you in the performance of your job responsibilities.
You are responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment while it is assigned to you. You may be held personally responsible for charges resulting from loss, misuse or damage to the equipment, per Ithaca College policy “2.39 Policies and Procedures in the event of Lost /Stolen or Damaged Computer Equipment.”
The equipment remains the property of Ithaca College and must be returned to the College in good condition, less reasonable wear and tear, when your employment with the College ends, at the end of the lease period, or upon request by Information Technology personnel.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable college policies, including “2.10 All College Computer and Network Use Policy.”
