Note: Access to Adobe Express for all students, faculty, and staff will begin in early October 2025
You can access your Adobe Express account by logging in via single sign-on (SSO) with your IC credentials.
- Visit https://www.adobe.com/express/ and click Sign In
- Enter your IC email address and click Continue
- Select Company or School Account
- Enter your IC email password and click Sign In
- Authenticate with Duo if prompted
Adobe Express is also accessible via apps.ithaca.edu, myIC.ithaca.edu, or through Adobe Creative Cloud for licensed users.
Faculty and Staff: Explore Adobe Express to determine if it meets your creative needs. If additional functionality is required, an Adobe Creative Cloud license may be requested.
When you activate your Ithaca College Adobe Express account, you’ll gain access to premium features including:
- Premium Templates: Professionally designed templates for resumes, newsletters, flyers, posters, and more.
- Premium Assets: Royalty-free images, icons, and graphics.
- Advanced Editing Tools: Resize designs, remove backgrounds, add text/audio to videos, apply effects, and more.
- AI Tools: Generate images, apply text effects, and edit with natural language prompts powered by Adobe Firefly.
- Collaboration: Real-time co-editing and commenting.
- Storage: Up to 100 GB of available storage.
- Cloud-Based Access: Create and edit from any device, anywhere.
Adobe Express is a web-based design platform similar to Canva. Both offer tools for designing flyers, social media posts, photo and video creation, editing, and more.

Adobe Creative Cloud will still be available under a new licensing model that is designed to enhance access and ensure the tools provided align with our campus community's needs. - Adobe Acrobat remains available for all students, faculty, and staff.
- Adobe Acrobat Sign remains available for all faculty, and staff.
As you approach graduation or prepare to leave Ithaca College, it is important to copy your designs and files to a personal Adobe account before you lose access. Approximately 30 days after your commencement date, you will lose access to Adobe Express.
